We arrived at Fium airport in Rome. The Expedia ad says it was a 4 min drive, but it’s actually like 15 or 20 drive. I called to be picked up but got no answer. I texted but I got no answer. So we had to take a taxi which I had to pay $35 out of my pocket. Once we got to the property I asked the receptionist why I never got an answer to my call or text. She said she had too many called that day. I asked about the info on Expedia which indicates that it was just a 4 min drive from the airport but it’s actually like 15 min drive or more. She said she doesn’t deal with the info on Expedia. So Expedia is wrong. It was a very frustrating situation. I should get a full refund for this lousy customer service. Will not stay here again.

Amazing location attached to a shopping mall and right opposite to a train station. You can get a shuttle from here to the airport that takes 10 minutes for very decent price. That is almost the same price of a train or even cheaper
