The room was nice. The Guesthouse is centrally located, so whether you walk or use public transportation, getting around was convenient. This place has a self check-in and out service, which was convenient as well.

Loved that there was an elevator!! 2 girls trying to carry 50 lb suitcases up 5 flights of steps is really hard so the elevator was a Godsend! The room was very clean but really small. It was ok for one night but more than that would be difficult. Overall loved the location! It was in a beautiful area with so many wonderful sidewalk cafes!

We loved our stay! Great location and nice window out on to the street, to people watch! The check-in process was a bit confusing as we did not know there was another area with rooms. We also helped another guest check in when we were leaving as they had the same issue! It also states this is a ‘Bed & Breakfast’. There was no breakfast! It was a shared coffee machine and a shared mini fridge! I would have loved to keep my wine and cheese in my room and not in a shared space!

Location was brilliant, room was small but had everything you needed, very clean and tidy, bed and pillows were excellent. Quiet location, handy to shops and restaurants. Everything was in walking distance. And Giolitti was right next door! Gelato was good! Would highly recommend!

Excellent location with modern amenities-bathroom, A/C, no mosquitoes, quiet, a lift, and shampoo and bath wash. Located just next to Giolitto’s and within walking distance from all of the “ must see” sights in Rome. We would stay there again.

Very good location. Tasty breakfast served in the café next door. There was also Giolitti next door, which was one of the reasons to choose this particular place😊 The room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely choose the same accommodation again.

The security is excellent and my Host made check in and any other assistance seamless! I must agree with a prior reviewer that the Hydra Room sink has an odor problem. Luckily the weather was pleasant during my stay and I could open the window in my room and the window in the bathroom which provided cross ventilation. Also in the sink water can back up if left open after draining. The ceiling light fixture had cobwebs that can easily be addressed. With the side of the bed closest to the bathroom when you sit or lay on it the noise is concerning but using the other side was fine as I was the only one using it. This survey asks about breakfast which is not provided but there are plenty of options in the area for both food and shopping. The common area was nice and the housekeeping service for bathroom and making the bed occurred daily. If the problem areas can be resolved I would not hesitate to to recommend this room and wouldn't hesitate to return to this property.
