We stayed for 4 nights. 2 adults and 2 children. The location is wonderful, central, close to great walking distance restaurants and historical places. The terrace is breathtaking. Breakfast was served with great food. The staff was impeccable. I would recommend the place without any reservation.

Property managers Mariel and Karla are excellent, always available and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic and terrace is beautiful. They keep the rooms very clean and make a delicious breakfast and it’s clear that they have 5 star training. Without them, this property wouldn’t have the appeal it has. Somethings we wish we had known: The family room has windows that look onto another building - there is pretty much zero sunlight. There is no laundry, no lobby and no front desk - so as long as you are ok with that. There is also no car access to the front of the building - you have to walk with luggage down a long cobble stone street where the uber will drop you. Not possible if you have mobility issues but also surprising that this isn’t mentioned more visibly. Also the terrace is only accessible by a very steep staircase which is also not for anyone with mobility issues. This is basically several rooms/suites in a Roman condo building in a great location near fountain of trevi.

I can’t say enough good things about Casa Modelli. The location is around the corner from the Trevi fountain and nearly everything is walkable. Lots of dining options and shops. Karla and Mariel are amazing. Karla was so helpful checking in with us, helping arrange transportation from the airport and train station. The breakfasts up on the rooftop terrace are delicious and so peaceful. They make you feel so welcome. Finally our room was spacious, air conditioned with refrigerator and tea pot. Also a small dining table. Bathroom and shower were also spacious and all very clean. We will definitely stay here again when in Rome.

Casa Modelli was amazing!! This Bed & Breakfast was just steps from the Trevi Fountain. We walked in to a very clean and modern apartment with a little kitchen for use. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace with choice of eggs made to order, ham, cheese, yogurts, croissants, fresh fruits, bread and spreads. Karla and Sylvia were absolutely wonderful and warm hosts. Even packed our mini fridge for our early morning departure. The luxury car service to the airport was at an excellent price point and our driver Maximo was like a little tour guide.

The location is great. Very central location super close to the Trevi fountain, stores, and restaurants. The staff is so lovely and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. The breakfast was a real treat!

Amazing staff

The rooms were clean and modernly designed. I liked the simplicity and the uniqueness. Breakfast in the morning was always so fresh and accommodating. The day we left, breakfast was available earlier than normal which was appreciated. Fresh squeezed orange juice every morning on the balcony was amazing. Casa modeli is located very close to Trevi fountain. We walked to Spanish steps, pantheon and even the coliseum. Great location to everything including shopping. We bought fruits by the vendors daily. Karla and Mariel were the highlight of our trip. They are so kind and always smiling. They helped us navigate our way around Rome and always answered any of our questions via WhatsApp You both are the best and we truly appreciate everything you did for us !! Thank you both again !

Casa Modelli was better than we could even imagine. Perfect location, cleanliness was superb and morning breakfasts were amazing. Mariel and Karla were the best help with everything and were able to set us up with pickup and drop off to and from the FCO airport. I highly recommend Casa Modelli and have already shared the location with family and friends.

Highly Suggested. We are family of five , 2 adults and 3 kids. Best location , extremely clean. Kids friendly. Walking distance to all the shops and sightseeing. It’s located one min walk to fountain. Mariel Bacolores was our contact person at the Casa Modelli who was helping us with our needs as far as transportation and any other needs that we had. Had a great 3 days in Rome with our 2 teenage kids. Casa Modelli is a top location and Mariel made everything so easy from check in to reservations to amazing g breakfasts in the terrace. We will be back!

Okay stay - wonderful service

Karla was wonderful! So kind and helpful- she would get a 10/10! The hotel itself is not great- the shower has mold and things need replacing and updating. The window in the ceiling in the second bedroom is covered with paper towel- just as the primary shower is- these things should be fixed. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 4 people for a 3 night stay. To get there was extremely complicated and the parking lots were either full or not accessible due to road closures. One at the hotel it is nice to be so close to Trevi fountain. Overall it was probably a 3 start hotel and could increase with some work done.

It is a very unique family style hotel and stuffs are super friendly! Mariel is so professional, she makes us feel like home. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the patio very much! Will definitely stay here next time come to Roma!

This is a very unique property and close to most of the historical sites. It is almost 50 steps away from the Trevi fountain and close to some amazing shopping and restaurants. The property is located on a quiet street and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath unit that came with its own small living and Kitchen area. The terrace is so cool and breakfast served by the staff is amazing. They squeeze fresh juice every morning and even put together some vegetarian items just for my family. All in all an amazing place. We would stay at this place again for sure.
