L'emplacement géographique de l'appartement est exceptionnel : juste en face du Colisée, à 2 pas de la station de métro. Nous avons arpenté les rues de Rome à pied sans aucun soucis avec 1 ado de 14 ans et 1 enfant de 8 ans. La communication avec Gabriele a été facile. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre, la literie confortable. Climatisation fort appréciée !

Great Location let down by a new niggles

Great little flat with an amazing location! Right near the Metro and the Coloseum - I don't think you could possibly stay any closer. The flat was a decent size and very clean. Had netflix turned on which was very useful. Communication via What's App rather than the hotels.com message system meant you needed to have data on to stay in contact but the meetup went ok. Not really sure what to make of the armed soldiers permantly outside the flat.... The things that let this property down: 1. Said it takes cash or credit card but would only take cash for the cleaning fee and tax (71 euros I wasn't planning on taking out of an ATM). They did at least tell us just beforehand. There was no receipt for this so it felt very off book. 2. Advertised as full toiletries - there was no soap, the hand soap dispenser was empty and only enough dribble of dishwasher liquid for one load of washing up and no tea towels. 3. Bed was one of the worst we slept in. 4. Took photos on their phone of our passports which makes me very uncomfortable

Visite en famille à Rome; Colisée

Séjour en famille. Appartement très proche du Colisée dans un quartier très sympa et proche du métro. Très bon accueil par téléphone puis avec la personne responsable, sympathique et très flexible. Les tout petits bémols: douche un peu petite et faible débit d'eau

Próximo ao Coliseu , localização excelente, fotos enganam bem pois estao com as camas recolhidas , mal dá para movimentar ou tomar refeição , cozinha pia horrivel ,suja e entupida, , sem condição de fazer refeições, banho fraco e agua gela de repente , toalhas rasgadas e encardidas ,só 4 para 4 pessoas em 1 semana ,sem onde lavar roupas , não tinha sabão( cansados e tivemos que ir no supermercado para comprar) , só tinha papel higiênico ( 2 pequenos para 4 pessoas em 1 semana)e toalha de papel , aquecimento desligou sozinho 2 noites , escada ,em geral bem abaixo do que aparece nas fotos ! Atendimento muito bom por telefone.

L'appartement offre une vue spectaculaire et est bien situé. Par contre, le service est plutôt pauvre : nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude de la semaine, malgré le fait que nous l'ayons signifié à plusieurs reprises. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables.

Good location but don’t expect much sleep

Major metro works right across the street with large earthmovers working past midnight and starting from 6am. Not much rest had.

El departamento en general es práctico, con equipamiento ( cocina /enseres ) mínimo y con una cabina de baño, muy dañada; pero con personal amable y con una ubicación excelente !

Super locatie in een zeer aangenaam appartement. Ruim voor 4 en toffe opruimbare bedden voor nog meer plaats. Eenvoudige tafels om te verzetten, veel opbergruimte, kleine keuken, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Gewoon zalig, ook het uitzicht 👍. Klein minpunt is dat de douchewand aan vervanging toe is. Toffe ontvangst. Opstaan met zicht op Forum Romanum, lekkere pizzeria op amper 500m.

No esta mal, la ubicación excelente pense que era mas amplio pero fuera de sso esta bien. Lo malo es la cuota de limpieza de $50 € por cuota de limpieza (uno piensa que se le dara algun tipo de limpieza al departamento o minimo un cambio de toallas lo que sea pero no se ofrece nada de eso otro punto malo es que no se deja ningun papel higiénico mas que el que esta puesto)

Très bien situé avec vue sur le colisée et plutôt bien équipé. Station de metro à 2 min à pied. Gros bémol de l'appartement: la douche! Et les 50 euros de menage car c'était pas super propre à notre arrivée. Accueil sympathique par contre. A recommander malgré la salle de bains

The proximity to the colosseum is excellent. It was a lovely apartment, comfy bed and was spacious. The only thing that wasn’t so good was that the shower door was broken, could do with some maintenance but other then that the accommodation was excellent.

Great location and views on ancient Rome. Walking distance from main attraction. You'll wake up to the views of the Colisseo and the Pallatin.The area is under construction at the moment ( sept 2018 ) but since you are gone out most of the day, nothing to be bothered about. Great value for the price, I would go again.

Charming apartment and amazing location

The apartments was perfect and exactly as described. It was a great “home base” for me, my husband and our two teenage daughters. Marco was very helpful. We were met to assist with finding the apartment and then taken in and shown around. The apartment is on the top floor, but there is an elevator to all but the top floor. A BIG plus. After navigating so many stairs all over Italy with our bags, we were thrilled to find the elevator. The furnishings were charming and the kitchen had everything we needed. The airconditioning worked well (a plus, especially for my husband because our trip was in July). We enjoyed watching tv and some of our favorite American shows dubbed in Italian. The location couldn’t be beat!!! Open your windows and your view is from the Forum to Capitoline Hill. And you are next door to the Colosseum. When we were flying out, the airport had a picture over the Forum looking to the Colosseum and our apartment was the only building in the picture. It is literally that close! All in all, it was a perfect trip and if I’m ever back in Rome (fingers crossed), we would rent this apartment again in a heartbeat!

Limpieza pobre y muy costosa para lo que se recibe

La zona es extraordinaria. A unos pasos del metro Coliseo. Esta a 2 cuadras de una zona comercial conveniente. La vista es envidiable. Sin embargo cobran 50 Euros por Limpieza, lo cual es un absurdo. Recibimos el departamento con solo limpieza superficial, al momento de levantar un objeto, revisar un mueble o ver abajo de la cama se evidenciaba la ausencia de limpieza profunda desde hace mucho tiempo. Aunque eldepartamento era pequeño, está bien distribuido , pero el paso del tiempo empieza a notarse. Puertas del baño que se atoran, no cierran bien. W.C. sucio, manchado y con fuga, llaves de lavabo de cocineta flojas, falta de pintura en gabetas, etc. Creo que con un poco más de mantenimiento y limpieza profunda cada vez que se va un huésped, sería el departamento ideal. El hecho de cobrar 50 Euros por adelantado, adicionales al costo de la reserva, por una limpieza que no hacen, deberia de considerarse un abuso y estafa, por lo que Hoteles.com, tendría que prohibir este tipo de practicas

ALMOST PERFECT APT!!!!

No lie, this apartment is almost perfect. WORLD's BEST VIEW OUT THE WINDOW of the Roman Forum. Great location for walking, especially at night after crowds are gone. METRO IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER giving you access to all of Rome. A/C worked great. TV had a million channels and Netflix enabled. The ONLY negatives about this apartment was the small shower with the finicky doors. Which doesn't even make sense because there was tons of wasted space next to it so it could have been twice as big. The doors were hard to close but you had to leave open anyway because no shelf inside to place bottles and soap, had to reach outside to shelf over toilet. Another might be no clothes washer which might matter for longer stays. All my stuff can be hand washed and dries in half a day so doesn't matter to me, but might to others who pack more conventionally. Otherwise- perfect apt

Right in the middle of all the best spots in Rome.

Marco and Alesio were very communicative and enjoyable. Our accommodation was very nice and located minutes from the best of Rome. For 2 to 4 people this is a must stay.
