Beautiful property inside and out. It was a fair distance from inner Rome and the things that people might like to see most, but we liked that it was removed and quite. Had a lovely park across the street that we could walk through and make our way downtown. Room was spacious, clean and a lovely view. Hotel offered a nice spa and was very well maintained. Limited interaction with staff, but every interaction we had was helpful and friendly. Would stay here again!
I had no experience or knowledge of the property when I booked it, but the facility was impressive and impeccably kept, the staff attentive and helpful and the location just far enough away from the daily throngs of tourists to be very peaceful. I felt like I’d found a hidden gem.
Really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant and bar pricey but good quality with amazing views.
If you are promised a complimentary gift in the room speak to the hotel at the start of your stay if it isn't there on arrival Don't assume it will eventually turn up like we did.
Overall would very much recommend.
Loved everything about the hotel. As great as the outdoor pool was, the indoor pool was even more amazing. Everything about the hotel was first class! Will definitely stay here again when in Rome.
This hotel is stunning from the moment you walk through the front doors. The staff is so friendly and helpful but also very professional.
We absolutely loved the rooftop terrace, the views of Rome were incredible and included a view of the Vatican as well.
The food and drinks were among the best we had through all of our time in Italy.
The outdoor pool was perfect, we were so grateful for it as even though it was September, it was still so hot out. Service was great, they came to you at your chair to take drink and food orders.
The bed was super comfortable and the room was cozy. The finishes in the bathroom were beautiful. Everything was very clean.
Absolutely loved staying here!
The hotel was very nice. The amenities, the view, the size and comfort. We were only there one day so we did not make use of the pool or spa but we could see the pool area and it seemed very nice. The concierge and luggage staff were very welcoming and polite, but the staff working the morning breakfast was very hostile and made us feel unwelcome. This was upsetting because otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable.
Room was looking at the back of the hotel with no views whatsoever. There was a park in front of the hotel, which was good. Other than that, you would have to walk at least 30 minutes to get anywhere.
The whole Hotel was excellent from the greeting at the front, to the room, spa and gym facilities and the bar area. The bar staff were attentive and super friendly, the food was delicious. The location of the Hotel is excellent, it is close enough to be able to comfortably walk to everything, but also has the openess to not feel like it is in the middle of a very busy city. This will be my favourite hotel in Rome.
Parco dei Principi is a beautiful property, the staff went above and beyond to help our stay feel comfortable. The hotel and restaurant were amazing and food was delicious. Amazing property and highly recommended!
Wonderful stay! Hotel was very comfortable and service excellent. The pool was lovely and a welcome respite from the heat of the day in the city.
It’s about a 30 min walk through the park into the city which we hadn’t quite appreciated but the park was a real treat so it worked out well.
Yes, it was a fine example of Italian hospitality. All the staff were very courteous. Staff made our stay. They were courteous, smiling and interactive. I think they were really spreading Christmas cheer.
Really lovely hotel north of the Borghese gardens in a quiet but safe neighbourhood. Beautiful and luxurious. The staff was attentive and helpful. Atmosphere was
