"We checked in very late in the night at 12.30am and were tiered after a long day of travel.. we got our keycards and entered the room to find we have the wrong room.. my husband went back to the registration desk and got another room and when we entered we were again given the wrong room with single bed verses 2 queen bed.. when we called and told the receptionist.
