The apartment was in an amazing location and it was really easy to access everything that we wanted to do. Getting into the apartment was really easy. The instructions were clear that were emailed to us. There is a coded keypad to get into the room originally, but it was not mentioned in the instructions that we had to take the key with us to get back in the room and the code for the room itself stopped working once you have accessed the room for the first time. We stayed in the blue room. The room overall was good, although there were marks on the wall. The room had air con, but it didn’t feel as cold in the room as the temperature on the unit was saying. The unit in the hallway said a warmer temperature than the unit in the room and it was colder in the hall than the room. The bathroom was great and very clean. I would recommend the apartment and would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war schön, allerdings war die Einrichtung an manchen Stellen ramponiert. Die Stuhlbeine waren zum Teil locker, ein Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen und dem Bett hat offensichtlich eine Strebe am Himmel gefehlt.

The stairs to the appartement are horrible. To open the appartement and the rooms was very complicated, we needed several messages by WhatsApp, but the lady on the Assistence is kind and understanding.

A fairly experience but could be cleaner.

A fairly experience. It’s an old apartment in a cozy neighbourhood. Close to the metro (A). The place was decent but the cleaning was not good, the AC quite loud and the whole place could really use an update - the pictures of the place is not really how it looks now (might be a couple of years ago). It was easy to get in touch with the people renting the apartment through their own website.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful little apartment only few minutes walk away from The Vatican. We had an airport transfer arranged to and from FCO and it went smoothly and professionally. Clean and interesting layout, everything you need for a stay in Rome.

Property was very clean, spacious and cozy. Easily accessible and within a good location. Help received fairly quickly via WhatsApp. Main issue was I think there’s just 1 iron between the 5/6 rooms which meant we didn’t get to use it.

Good apartment but they didn’t provide an iron box like it was stated on the website. When we asked them, they said one of the other apartments must have been using it and we should ask them.

Position is great (close to S. Pietro church), the space, silence and organization as well (need to be a bit smart for remote checkin and anyway well supported). Just some services as air conditioning and heating need to be improved even if usually not so much needed there. I'll book It again.

North American clients need to understand that this property is not a hotel. There is no on-site management. You have to have a way to contact these people electronically in order to get access to the entry codes for the keys and to know which apartment is going to be yours. Housekeeping comes every three or four days to replace your towels and your toilet paper. Our suite had a kitchen and it had a fridge and a microwave and a small convection stove top and this worked for us. It was clean and convenient location. The problem with this property is that there are several apartments being rented on this site, but not under all the same management. Our ability to communicate with the management of our suite, was good, but our brother in-law also booked a room here , but it was under a different management with a different door entry. Their stay was 7 days. No one came to check on them. There was a water leak on the floor of the bathroom, always wet, no one came to change their bedding, towels or replenished toilet paper, or to ask how they were doing. There was no contact whatsoever my brother in-law who did not have a phone or Internet access,so this property for them was a disaster. Someone came to let them in, but only because they used our phone , after that, no one came to check on them for the rest of the week even though we called to complain. They booked Expedia same as us but a bad experience. We both booked rooms on this site but our experience was good, theirs bad!

Beautiful apartment in a great location in Rome! I would definitely recommend staying here and plan on staying here again, myself. It was self-check in, but they sent instructions that were very easy and clear to follow.

Loved our stay

Very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. Staff are super helpful and readily available to respond to any queries. The hotel is right around the corner from the Vatican which was super convenient for what we were travelling to Rome for. It is surrounded by bus stops though and is only a 5-10 minute walk to the train station which makes access to other parts of the city really easy.

It was a great stay at this residence. Next to the vatican, good restaurants nearby, the location is perfect. Only a short walk to the maim sights. The rooms are new and modern. The comunication with the host was best. He organized an airport transfer and to deposit our luggage til departure was possible. I can highly recommend this accomondation

Horrible Experience

This place is in a bad neighborhood. We were worried about our safety. The place is also not clean and has a mold smell. I would not stay here. It was not clean and the beds were not comfortable. The location is not good and it is very difficult to find the place. The manager will attempt to rip you off also.
