Easy check in process and friendly staff. Close by all the sites that you can walk and plenty of places to eat/drink at. The rooms are big and clean. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice receptionist, room was ok - it is not like the pictures, which must have been taken when it was first opened or good photoshop. The shower is a little tired and the cleanliness was just ok. There was hair on the floor and a lot of dust on the headboard. But the shower pressure was good and bed comfy so it was good for the price in Rome.

Our stay at River Luxury Suites was a truly wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Karla Flores was such a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She truly made us feel at home and added so much warmth to our visit. We truly enjoyed our time there and would be delighted to return. Highly recommended!

Great stay at the River Luxury Suites

Fantastic hosts at this boutique hotel within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions in Rome. The room was clean and we were provided with free water and wifi which larger hotels would normally charge guests for. Would recommend to anyone.

River Luxury Suite Stay.

We had an excellent experience staying here. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a kind, friendly host. He clearly explained everything we needed to know and even wrote a list of places for us to see on our travels around Rome. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, the shower was perfect, and the little lift up to the accommodation was a nice touch. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance, and the host was also able to book us a taxi for our travels back to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was centrally located near the Vatican and other sites in Rome. We were able to walk everywhere. The restaurants near this area were great. The person at the desk was extremely helpful. Good place to stay!

The bedsheets were not changed daily. I noticed because I had actually seen a stain on the bedsheets that appeared to be blood on our second day. When we came back to the hotel and our room was “cleaned” the next day, the stain was still in the same spot. On our second day we showered twice because it was hot and humid outside. Our towels were not changed. I asked the staff for new towels and was told that they don’t typically change the towels on the second day. I have never been told that the towels wouldn’t be changed on the second day, especially in a climate where you will be sweating. Overall, the staff were helpful however the hotel needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.

We stayed at this property on either side of our trip and really enjoyed our visits. It is a guest house within a larger property but once you get inside it's very quiet, clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a nice size and comfortable. The area is chock-full of restaurants and coffee shops and it's easy to walk to main attractions within 20-30 minutes.

I love the location! Walking distance to many sites and nearby to many bus stops. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearly. Parking is hard but transit is close by. The building is secure and the room was really nice with a nice bathroom also. The location has nice decor, large towels and comfortable bedding. No one is on duty most of the day so ask all your questions when you check in. They are really nice and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we loved it! We felt welcomed from the minute we arrived. Joy made us feel at home and was very helpful! Room was bigger than we expected and to a really good standard. A little walk from the centre but nothing that would put us off coming back.
