Hospedaje 100% recomendable, si vienes a Roma por primera vez, es una excelente opción para que puedas salir a conocer Roma caminando, ubicado muy cerca de la plaza España y de la Fontana de Trevi. Súper seguro y cómodo!

Atendimento espetacular da Thaisa, limpeza , educação dos funcionários. Cama excelente, banheiro ótimo, chuveiro ótimo . Apenas na entrada tem que ter atenção, pois fica dentro de um corredor e não tem receptação. Tem que chamar pelo interfone apertando uma seta para baixo até aparecer o 9 recepção ou pedir WhatsApp para o hotel antes por e-mail.

We had a wonderful time at the townhouse! Thais and the team did everything to make us feel like home! We enjoyed the surroundings and closure to great restaurants and the recommendations! If you prefer a quiet room, ask for number 3-6. We can highly recommend this place!!!

Ubicación inmejorable, cama cómoda. Habitación pequeña pero funcional. La única pega: la ducha tiene cortinas, y personalmente es algo que no me gusta.

Camere pulite e silenziose, Thais ci ha accolto in modo impeccabile, gentile e disponibile. Struttura poco visibile dalla strada ma in posizione strategica. Ottima colazione. Consiglio a chi vuole visitare Roma sentendosi un po' a casa.

Despite being located right in the heart of the tourist area, the room was very quiet, and I had a truly relaxing stay. Above all, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. She took the time to write down recommended places on paper for me, and during the daytime she even lent me olive oil, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Rome!

We loved our stay here! Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had to drop our luggages off before check-in and she kept them for us & moved them into our room when it was ready. She provided us snacks and coffee & booked us a taxi back to the airport the next day.

Excellent location with walking distance to all attractions in Rome and very friendly and helpful staff. Right near Spanish Steps and close to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Clean and pleasant as well as good breakfast.

This hotel was perfect and was exactly what we needed for our 7 day stay in Rome. It’s just a few steps away from the Spanish Steps and all the major name brand stores like Gucci. I can’t begin to tell you how much we loved this hotel and its location. You’re truly in the heart of it all! Thais, our concierge took such great care of us, from booking to/from the airport as well as sending us information to other places to explore. That personal touch every morning at breakfast added such a great experience to our trip with the cappuccinos. Thais is super sweet and considerate and definitely made this hotel a place we want to come back to. My husband and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s inside one of the building which does not have signage but that’s understandable since this is a high end “brand” shopping area. Just make sure to get your instructions before arriving.

This is the best place to stay because its really cloae to everything. You step out and see the Spanish Steps. Theis (I might be misspelling her name) was the best host and assisted us throughout our stay and even before that by helping us find alternate accommodations for before our stay as they were fully booked. Nicest person

My private apartment in Rome

Once I got the hang of using all the entry keys everything was fine. A charming place with a dedicated and helpful staff. Only 6 rooms — felt like my own private apartment in the center of glorious Rome.

The location of this hotel is PERFECT! It’s steps away from all the best shopping, Spanish Steps and amazing food. The staff and service were great as well! The room is on the smaller scale but that’s how these old buildings were built. Absolutely loved it!

Det absolut bästa med hotellet är Thais, hon älskar verkligen sitt jobb! Serviceminded ut i fingerspetsarna. Alltid ett stor leende på läpparna & ville gärna göra vår vistelse till den bästa. Hotellet var rent & fint, läget fantastiskt! Vi kommer igen!

I loved this place! Perfect location! Thais was incredible! She gave us so many suggestions for eating and exploring. Reason for 4 stars was that crazy shower! It had 6 different places where water could flow from and it was so hard to control. I stayed in 4 different hotels and did not have issues with showering except for this one. Maybe it was just our room!? I don’t know.

Situated right in the city centre within the high-end shopping….. Has air-conditioning and the staff were very knowledgeable and wanting to help with trips and transport Just down from the Spanish steps and lots of lovely places to eat and not too expensive either. Surprisingly quiet we found…… Alessia especially made stay great and also few questions before hand. Awesome for the townhouse if just want clean place to sleep ✔️

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Townhouse Condotti 29. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt an der Piazza di Spagna, besser geht’s kaum. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Thais, die uns jeden Morgen beim Frühstück empfangen hat. Sie war immer unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Auch wenn wir selbst keine großen Frühstücker sind und es nicht genutzt haben, sah das Frühstück wirklich sehr liebevoll und hochwertig aus. Dass wir jeden Morgen sogar eine Flasche Wasser für unterwegs bekommen haben, fanden wir super aufmerksam. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Rom kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Absolute Empfehlung!

Thoughtful and super friendly host

Perfect location. Easy access to key tourist and dining/shopping spots. Clean and quiet room. Wonderful support from Thais!! She helped us with our luggage when we arrived and prepared breakfast for us in advance as she knew that we would be going to leave early morning for a local tour. Most importantly, she helped us to tackle the luggage storage issue due to our night flight. Thanks much for making our trip a smooth and warm one!!

Très bien situé, chambre petite, j’étais seul mais à deux cela doit être compliqué au niveau espace. Jolie deco. Wifi lamentable, il manque de routeurs. J’étais en voyage d’affaires et avec une Wifi aussi faible c’est pas possible
