The property is literally steps away from Trevi Fountain. The location is great, however the property is old. It’s a boutique hotel with no elevator. It rained the last day and we were on the top floor and there was a good size leak in the kitchenette area.

Great staff. They are very helpful. Unfortunately the safe deposit box was broken and nobody noticed it until we got there and was replaced the next day, also, the sink tap need to be fix was water all over the place when you opened it. They are little details that makes your experience a little bit upsetting.

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. There were a few staff members who were very helpful with directions and transportation suggestions. Also, the hotel was located in a great location with a 2-minute walk to the fountain.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many major attractions. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in terrible disrepair. The pictures are outdated and do not reflect how Trevi 41 looks now. The WiFi didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, the phone to call the front desk didn’t work. They advertise airport and cruise port shuttle available. That’s not true. I emailed a month in advance requesting a shuttle from the airport. I was told to catch a taxi, it would be easier. Be careful if you book the Annex room because it is downright scary and appears unsafe.

This is a great place to stay right by the trevi fountain. Excellent ac which is important after a day of exploring. Staff was FANTASTIC. Super helpful and friendly. Tiger was the absolute best at providing directions and assisting us with any questions. He is Eager to assist and make sure you have the best possible stay while in Rome!

Walls had yellow stains on it, bathrooms - especially shower - was nice though; reason for the 3 stars, otherwise 1 star; well located - a few steps for trevi fountain; staff was quite helpful; breakfast was interesting - brought to your room; food was ok, service was quite good - on time.

Booked our room on Expedia and the photos of the rooms and bathroom were not accurate . We got a very outdated room and bathroom was very old in need of renovations in an annex building around the corner from the main hotel. The Shower head was not working properly and shower curtains looked stained and dirty. Staff was helpful and accommodating and location was great. Room needs renovations and updating and photos are not accurate especially bathroom.

Place is very convenient to Trevi fountain. Walking distance to everything. My only major complaint is the shower door. It only has one shower door and the water overflows to the bathroom floor if the water is on full blast. The head board is worn with obvious signs of wear, perhaps more lighting? Otherwise, it’s a great place.
