Super hôtel

Superbe séjour a Rome ! Hôtel neuf, propre, et confortable. La chambre est refaite tout les jours c'est très agréable, la cafetière et théière a disposition. La description de l'hôtel est exact. Il est situé dans une rue peu passante et les chambres donne sur une cour il est donc très calme. Il est très bien placé nous avons tout fait a pieds !!! Je le recommande et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel!

A super stay in Rome.

A very pleasant stay. Amazing location for a trip to Rome, close to all major attractions. Super nice host that responded to all our requests in a timely manner. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would love to stay again.

Great place!

The staff were responsive and helpful, even allowing us an early check in and late check out. The location is very central and walkable to all attractions. There was a slight problem with their wifi, which they addressed immediately after being notified. Would stay again.

Very poor management all is through WhatsApp, poor English lots of misunderstanding situation with the person in charge of communication Bed in room very uncomfortable, shower drain no working fine , it’s conveniently located that’s why we stayed there this time but for future won’t do again as we didn’t rest neither shower properly

Credit Card Fraud Alert - this hotel was unable to receive guests during their country's lockdown and still charged us for services they could NOT perform (unlike other hotels in Italy). They ignored numerous calls and emails but the hotel still charged our credit card and refused to funds when the fraudulent charge was disputed...making false claims (unlike other hotels in Italy) along the way. DO NOT TRUST EXPEDIA OR THE HOTEL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO**

Sauberes kleines Zimmer in sehr guter Lage. Leider ging die Tür der Duschkabine kaum zu, so dass der Boden davor beim Duschen ganz nass wurde.

Very helpful and friendly staff, although the reception is not manned all the time I could get an answer at any time via the whatsapp chat. Questions regarding the room or ordering a taxi were done within minutes. Excellent!!!

Excellent location! Can reach by foot or metro & bus to all popular sites! Stayed here 4 nights! Checked in and out were a breeze! Michela was lovely and kind to assist with my needs. Room was huge and bathroom was modern! I would have given a full star if not for the litlle problem with the bathroom drainage issue. Michela was responsive and helpful to have it cleaned up.

Michela was an excellent host I will recommend to anyone I know visiting Rome. Great property and beautiful finishes! This was an amazing location in Rome, easy to get to all major attractions and transportation as well as shopping and food :)

1- no reception is available at any time,make sure you contact them about the time you are arriving else you will find no one to open for you 2- Make sure you have the number of them if you need anything so you can call 3- the rooms are new but the beds are not comfy 4- very good location 5- calm

Very good!

A very nice and clean hotel in a very good location. In just a few minutes you are in the midst of fantastic shopping, great restaurants and attractions such as the Fontana di Trevi. It is also close to more authentic areas with cozy piazzas and alleys. Although the hotel is located right in the center of the events it is very well insulated and quiet, we were not disturbed by the smallest of restaurants and bars on the street outside. The only negative thing is that the reception is not staffed so often, but the receptionist divides his time between different hotels. However, it was never a problem to reach the staff on the phone if needed.

Wonderful location within an easy walking distance to Trevi |Fountain, Spanish Steps, metro station Spagna. If you are in decent shape, walking distance to Piazza Navrona and Campo Fiori. A block away from taxi stands and from a main shopping street. Lots of nearby restaurants. What I did not like is that if you put the "do not disturb" tag on your door, the maid and hotel staff will come into your room anyway and move all your stuff around. I was not expecting this and did not "hide" all my credit cards, passports, id's etc and came back into the room to find they had all been touched and moved with all the other things in the room. I feel like I have to watch out for any weird activity on them now. Granted, if a maid really wanted to find your stuff they have hours and hours in which to search your room, however, I like to keep honest people honest by taking a bit of effort to place these types of items (cc, ids, passports) in a location that takes some effort to find if I had any indication that someone would be in the room. This did not happen only once, but TWICE with the "do not disturb" tag up. Another time the desk clerk notified us that she went into the room to change the light bulb... again with "do not disturb" tag up. I did not complain about a light bulb that was out or even notice it. So, again a violation of privacy. So.... a very nice hotel room, convenient location, pleasant staff, but absolutely no regard to your privacy.

Die Lage ist super. Nicht weit von der Spanischen Treppe und alles in Laufnähe. Frühstücken kann man im Cafe gleich nebenan.

Problem z kontaktem z gospodarzem

Podany numer do gospodarza jest błędny, co sprawdziłam czekając pod drzwiami kamienicy Ok 3 godziny. Zakwaterowanie jest w godzinach od 14 do 18, przy czym od godziny 16 do 20 nikogo nie było. W tym czasie zarezerwowałam już inny hotel w obawie przed brakiem noclegu. Ostatecznie udało nam się wejść Ok 20 i pani łaskawie nie pobrała 20 EUR za późniejsze przybycie. Bardzo utrudnione wejście do kamienicy, nie można było ich otworzyć, naprawiono je po czterech dniach. Poza tym doskonała lokalizacja i bardzo ładny pokój. Duży hałas spowodowany remontem w kamienicy i w kamienicy sąsiedniej, jak na placu budowy.

Geweldige ligging.

Geweldige centrale ligging. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Nette kamer maar wel aan de krappe kant. De receptie is zeer beperkt open. Geen kluis en koffieapparaat op de kamer terwijl dit wel vermeld stond. Je krijgt een sleutelbos met 4 sleutels die je de hele dag wel mee moet nemen anders kom je niet meer binnen. Geen ontbijt mogelijk maar er zijn in de buurt genoeg barretjes waar je prima kunt ontbijten.
