This property and stay was so amazing. The recently renovated property had modern finishes and so much room. Provided three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer which was so helpful after a weeklong cruise and cold ac which we really appreciated . The kitchen was great to prepare meals with the island perfect size to enjoy. The patio was nice to enjoy wine in the evening and it is a few blocks away from the Vatican totally walkable. Frank was welcoming and assisted us with pickup from the port to property, and return to the airport. He also personally took us on a tour of some local sightseeing that we would not have known about then a lovely restaurant to wrap up our tour. We can’t brag enough about how clean, beautiful, and wonderful it was to stay. We will definitely book again when we return.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Rome and appreciated the apartment's cleanliness and convenient location. The Vatican was within the distance described in the listing, which made getting around very easy. One thing that caught us off guard was that the photos seemed to suggest a view of the Vatican, but that was not the actual view from our apartment. While the location was as advertised, the pictures created a different expectation. Communication with the host was somewhat inconsistent during our stay, but I do want to give credit where it's due—on our final day, when we needed assistance the most, the host was very responsive and helpful. A few small improvements would make the experience even better. We ended up purchasing additional toilet paper and hand soap, as the supplies provided were not enough for our stay. The air-conditioning system was also a challenge to use. It only worked properly once during our visit, and the remotes did not seem to function consistently. That said, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. With a few updates to the amenities and clearer listing photos, it could be an excellent place to stay. We still enjoyed our time in Rome and appreciate the host's support when it mattered most.
