"The place once inside is good. Good clean hotel rooms. Location to the main train station is good and easy access to metro right outside the hotel for your trip. There is construction going around and felt a little unsafe but overall this place, location, staff and breakfast was good. The main floor is the lobby and bar. The rooms are only on the first and second floor. Perfect for families as metro was right outside and lots of places to eat like McDonald’s and restaurants nearby. "

"Exceedingly accommodating staff. I flew in from Toronto and Giorgia at check-in kindly arranged for me to have my room ahead of schedule, which made a huge difference after traveling. The team was incredibly prompt with delivering towels, water, and anything else I needed. I truly appreciated the hospitality and loved my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. "This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I LOVE IT. the hotel is super clean and smells amazing!!! The breakfast is great too but above that. The staff are absolutely fantastic!! I stayed on the eve of my birthday and they made me feel super special. They really did make sure I had a great time. I had birthday cake on the roof and also they sent me a cake at breakfast with a candle in it. The staff honestly made my time there extra special. Thank you all "
