We paid to have a room that slept 6 and the fold out couch was so bad that we could not use it hardly as a couch let alone a place to sleep. "The wall above the bed was torn up and had a lot of plaster falling off. A very large bug, looked to be a mud dauber, flew on me while on the bed. No refrigerator in the room. The carpeting was torn near the wall. There looked to be a gap in the brick wall near the window. Men were working on a new deck (2nd floor) with impact drill drivers before 7am. There was no staff, upon arrival our paperwork was sitting on the desk along with two others, not sealed with room number, name and code to...

"Room was clean and nice enough. Huge whole in the wall behind the door from the door handle that could easily be fixed. Breakfast was free so can’t complain too much but gravy was cold and had to be warmed up in the microwave. Pictures showed a hot tub but it was no longer there."
