"This place is beautiful. The pools were nice,but I wish the adult pool stayed open longer and had a bar. But the swim up bar at the other pool was really nice.The resort is located right on the beach with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas. The staff are very nice. The room is nice and clean. The only issue we had were ANTS. They took over. They did send someone with a can to fumigate. That worked for 1 day then the ants were back. We couldn't leave any food on the counter. Not even for a few minutes. That was super annoying. But it's not really the property's fault. Its nature. Overall, the stay was AMAZING!!! Please go to the magic mystery show. This was BY FAR THE BEST THING WE'VE EVER WITNESSED. My husband was called up to participate and it was so great. Its inexpensive and TOTALLY worth it. We would definitely stay here again."

"This place was truly a DREAM! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so beautiful, peaceful, and perfect. I honestly couldn’t believe how incredible everything was. The entire experience felt almost unreal. This was, without a doubt, one of the most amazing vacations my family has ever had, and a huge part of that was staying here. The beauty, the atmosphere, the hospitality, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation I had. I genuinely did NOT want to leave! If you’re considering staying here, let me save you the time—you absolutely should. I would recommend this place to ANYBODY and EVERYBODY looking for the perfect vacation experience. "This place is a gem! What a perfect location- just minutes from the beach, the airport and sights. The hotel is clean, very friendly, and accommodating. For adults who want privacy, quiet and fun. The manager is amazing! We booked through Expedia and got a queen bed. As tall as we are, we asked if there was an available King. After a day, she had an opening and moved us to a bigger room. Super accommodating! The breakfast is simple but the atmosphere is incredible! We sat on the patio every morning watching the waves, the sun, having our coffee, bagels and fruit. The beds were comfy as well as the many pillows. We watched our shows that we watch back at home in the evening. Hot showers and cool AC- slept great! We truly enjoyed our 1-week stay and hope to come back!"

"This place was in the perfect location to the beach and infamous Kiosks. The staff were great and went above and beyond to provide great service. This establishment was extremely clean. The Casino was a bonus for my husband."

"It has to be a better communication when it is a shorter of water , we got there and it was not water and it was our first time in Puerto Rico so we didn’t know that they have a tank of water inside the unit for emergency, we have to find out for ourselves how to use the emergency tank , because I was told that we were supposed to have some kind of a schedule for the water but we never have a that time , it was always when we were out or a different times, I have to find out on my own and after that I was able to use that water for the toilets and shower and when you go with your family is very inconvenient."
