"Everything clean "

"Ok stay. High traffic area around hotel. Power went out for a lil bit over night and came back on. There is a lot of in and out activity at location by other guest."

"The rooms are decent. They don't offer daily housekeeping, however, you can return your dirty towels to the front desk for clean towels, and if you need plates, silverware, etc, go to the front desk. YHou have to empty your garbage out yourself, and get new garbage bags from the front desk. I just wish there were ovens in the kitchen, and some pots to heat up your food. There is a stovetop in the room and a full-size fridge."

"OK, so this is a Days Inn and not the Ritz, so review is normalized to expectations. Why this property: needed a place to stay overnight passing through Chicago. The places downtown charge more for parking overnight than this place does for the room, so staying ~5-10 miles outside downtown didn't seem like a bad idea. If circumstances were different, I would not choose this place. However, this place fell a bit short of what I expected from Days Inn, hence 2 stars. Drive in. The property...

"Shuttle service from the airport to this hotel! You have to call and make reservations! Does not say that on their website! Very disappointed and had to get a very expensive Uber ride to the hotel! This was after long day of cancellations for flights and arrived at airport at 9:15pm. Was looking forward to getting on the “ free shuttle “ to this hotel and going to bed! Need to be clear on their website on “ shuttle!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very cozy, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated how quiet the room was, creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. Not mentioning that my room was at the 1st floor. "More water to be available to guests "

"They have pictures that is not the rooms. So I was very disappointed that I thought I was getting a room with. I'm sexually cheering it and no. She said that that's actually just a basic king size room signature room. So I don't understand if you notice.Why not fix it?Because that disappoints the customers"

"The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lobby always smelled good. The motel seems a little bit older, so there was wear and tear in some places. For instance, the tub and bathroom. It took quite awhile to get the hot water in our shower. There were places where water had gotten under the paint and it appeared those bubbles were sliced to drain. The pool was under remodel. The “snack station” was always low on snacks. The cable did go out while we were there. My biggest fear with staying...

"The management canceled the reservation without any notice. It was very inconvenient to me. I was looking forward for having a time to myself with a hot tub in the room to myself for few days. It was disappointing "
