"The owner and his wife went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and well treated during our stay. Large corner room with plenty of space. Had a slight issue with the heaters in the main room. "

"The Herrihof staff were excellent. We enjoyed our two bedroom apartment. It was spacious, with plenty of thoughtful storage and gorgeous views. The unit was updated and had a wonderful deck to gaze at the nearby valley."

"Great location and really helpful and friendly staff. Accommodation and facilities were very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a ‘small house’ as a family- 2 adults and 2 teens. Only down side was my husband’s snoring which the kids complained about! But can’t fault the accommodation for that. They were a bit apprehensive about the shared facilities but actually all worked really well given how long it can take for them to get ready!"

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Freiburg. Saubere Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Uns hat das ökologische Konzept gefallen, u. a. kriegt man kostenlos ein ÖPNV-Ticket. Auch die Lage direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit Verbindung zur Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof ist praktisch."

"It was overall good. I did enjoy the breakfast offering. The staff wasn’t very helpful, however. I asked for help shipping a package and the first staff member said I could bring the package to the reception desk and they could print a label and arrange delivery. The second staff member I asked when I got the package ready told me they could not help me at all. I had to walk about 15 minutes to a DHL location carrying my 25lbs package to get it shipped. The property was pretty well maintained...

"Positiv: Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Das Personal gibt vielleicht sein Bestes aber ein gut geführtes, gestaltetes und gepflegtes Haus sieht - unserer Meinung nach - anders aus. Die Wege zu den Zimmern wirken unaufgeräumt. Die Aussenterrasse könnte mit relativ wenigen Maßnahmen richtig schön sein, ist aber eher verwahrlost. Resume: Vielleicht ist es auch alles Geschmacksache. Unseren hat das Haus nicht getroffen. "
