"Overnight counter staff could provide a softer greeting. Other than that, great place to stay with excellent breakfast!"

"We had a nice stay ay this hotel. The only problem was they had to work on the plumbing and shut the water off from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and we were not made aware. They claimed there was an email sent but when you're on vacation you don't really check your emails and when I did check there was no email from them about it. So they really should have sent a letter under the door of the room. If we were made aware we would have made arrangements to shower earlier in the morning instead of go swimming in the pool. Communication should be better. But it is a very lovely Hotel."

"As far as I know it’s not pet friendly it’s okay just seems old and outdated but for the price was okay staff was very helpful. Could be cleaner but wasn’t bad close to several fast food places and dollar tree across street all and all was a decent place for price most people would probably rate it 3 out of 5 stars I will give it 4 because staff very friendly and helpful ."

"Very nice hotel with lots of amenities, and tasty breakfast. Ive alway had great experiences with Hampton brand hotels. The lobby and breakfast area was large and comfortable, as were the rooms themselves. I really appreciated the full size shampoo, body wash, hand soap, etc. provided. Location is perfect for Lagoon visitors, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby."
