"To be honest, the staffs are not accommodating. I asked for a receipt they didn't provide it and told me that I can look that up in the application. And then they charged me more, I had to call and settle it with Hotels.com before the Hotel try to do something about it. Very disappointing."

"When we got to our room the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. Garbage was full and the toilet hadnt been cleaned. Front desk manager gave us another room and it was better. Overall it was good. "
