"Our room was ok clean wise. Along the edges on the floor were lots of trash. From not being swept up. The breakfast was served ok. The milk was curdled and I was told “it’s still within the expiration date”. Our toilet didn’t flush for 16 hrs and took my nephew in law to fix it, as the maintenance man didn’t show up. "

"When we checked in, the guy was unwelcoming and didn’t glance up once during the entire checkin process. When we got to the room, it wasn’t cleaned. The desk and dresser surfaces were dirty as if someone had eaten their greasy food on them, the mirrors had many marks, the toilet had pee streaks down the front of the bowl to the floor, there were used toilet paper rolls left, we noticed hair balls gathered on the floor, trashes weren’t empty, the wall next to the bed had some sort of secretion on...

"I was surprised. I didn’t expect the quality and size for the price. It’s perfectly located right next to the expressway. It had the amenity’s of a suite. The showers was huge and the kitchenette was unexpected. They provided security in the parking lot and the lobby after hours. Indoor pool and a gym. I will stay here again and again. "

"The Manager Darron m, I think and one of the hotel bellman is what encouraged ne to rate this property with a 3 stars. If it wasn't for them I would have given a 1 star. For a 4 star rated hotel much more is needed in room cleaning, bellnan service. We booked because the hotel advised that it offered bellnan service we are both physically challenged my husband more so handicapped- He felt and injured himself trying to pull his suitcase inside. "I love that the room came with a kitchenette. It was a few things I didn’t like about the stay though. There was no blow dryer available, and you had to rent out the cook ware. "
