"Arrived on Friday the room had a sewer smell when you entered we sprayed the room with Lysol. Talk with the person at the front desk early Saturday morning. We were told we would be move to another room after 3 pm. My family and I were at the water park celebrating my granddaughter's birthday when the hotel called and asked if we were there we said no. The lady said they had a room for us but we needed to get there ASAP. We told her we wasn't going to leave right now, after being put on hold...

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The pool was definitely our favorite part of the hotel and was a highlight for our family. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. It was just okay. There was no waffle station, and having only one toaster for all the guests was inconvenient and led to unnecessary...
