"I did not know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised with a spotlessly clean room. While calling it an apartment may be a stretch, it does have a small kitchenette. The fact of having just a vlux and no real window made it feel a bit secluded, but I got what I asked for, so no complaints there. Though not in the city center, the hotel stands in this renovated area with gardens and a nicely made commercial center, which I found very nice."

"Climatisation j'ai du l'éteindre car elle fesait trop de bruit impossible de dormir Il y a que un ascenseur.je trouve normal que la priorité est au client ( en plus je suis handicape) au lieu de la femme de ménage qui en plus elle a râlé quand j'ai monté ma carte de cmi .sinon la dame a l'accueil très gentille.sinon l'appartement très propre .et je trouve la cuisine très pratique"

"Clean, basic room, comfortable enough. No useful amenities (no fridge, tea-making, or welcoming bottle of water). We asked for an underground parking space 5 weeks ahead, but no space when we arrived. Helpful receptionist indicated reasonably convenient expensive local open parking though. Well-located for what Valence has to offer - which isn't much! Good eateries though. Limited EV charging and confusing one-way system - we ended up in a bus lane."

"Pour ce prix c’est excellent. L’accueil est très serviable. L’emplacement est excellent, proche de la gare et du centre ville et en même temps le quartier est calme et n’est pas bruyant. Le linge est très propre. A l’intérieur c’est un peu vieilli surtout la salle de bain. Mais sinon pour ce qu’on paye c’est excellent!"
