Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades"

"Avoid. The receptionist tried to make us pay twice and bizarrely was insisting a 200 Lek note was only 2 LEK??. Had to message Hotels.com who thankfully sorted it out. Got to room and curtain rail fell off, hair dryer didn't work and couldn't sit on the toilet because of an oversized double jacuzzi. Pool area basic, breakfast chaotic. Shame really because the garden were beautiful and the view of the castle over the river was stunning."
