Perfect stop-over en route to Bilbao. Easy to book, staff very communicative prior to arrival via website. Smooth and efficient check-in. Room clean , comfortable and facilities great. Good menu in restaurant for tasty evening meal. Buffet breakfast available at 7am, great choice of food before timely departure. Staff and all services excellent. Would definitely book again, and recommend to others.

The staff was helpful, friendly thank you for being so kind with us

A lovely setting. The building elegant outside, functional inside. A lovely riverside setting, close to the historic centre. Staff very helpful. Room very comfortable, breakfast more than ample!

Exelente experiencia. Gracias

Very clean hotel. Location is great. Parking is good.

This is a beautiful hotel next to the magnificent cathedral in the old town. We upgraded and had a lovely room looking at the cathedral lit up at night. The staff were delightful and more than helpful. Easy waking to nice plazas great shops and tapas bars are wonderful. Hard to find. Get directions if you want on site parking

Great location. Helpful friendly staff, especially Rodrigo at check in. Spacious bedroom. Sky bar was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was impressive.

My wife has difficulty walking up stairs and will not use elevators.contacted hotel and asked for ground floor or 1st floor immediate reply OK.On arrival was told we had been upgraded to executive suite ground floor two minutes from entrance. You cannot buy that service.Swimming pool fantastic,4 course meal and breakfast best I,ve had in any hotel and all staff excellent could not praise this hotel and personnel enough magnificent

Lovely hotel, nice food and wine. We stopped 1 night on our drive south

All round great property and very helpful attentive staff

Good stop on the way from the afternoon Santander Ferry landing. Electronic Sign-in worked fine so there was no interaction with on-site staff. The hotel seemed newly furnished. Only one shop and restaurant/bar in the village with both closed on the day we arrived. The apartment has a good kitchen so be prepared to self-cater.

Good hotel with great restaurant

Pleasant, friendly staff. Comfortable, nicely furnished room. Handy parking, very good breakfast; helpful reception staff. Well located.

Lovely clean modern room. The gentleman who booked us in also ran the bar and waited on, he was excellent throughout.

Perfect stop

Great parking , nice room , good location

Lovely little hotel. A bit tricky to find but worth it. Great local restaurant for dinner and Paco (the owner) provides a comprehensive breakfast.
