"Tried this brand new hotel without any reviews available. Stayed here the 4th week of April while it had opened April 1st. First thing that comes to mind is the very nice contemporary styling of the hotel. The rooms are modern and totally up to snuff. Nice bathroom and shower. Very comfy beds. I almost always meet nice people at the front desk but here I was met by the most friendly ever! Shout out to Arial...she just puts a smile on your face even after a horrible day. Troy was beyond helpful....

"We had a 2-bedroom 2 bath apartment that was fully furnished and had everything that you would need and may not need. The place was very clean and the building was quiet. They did provide earplugs for the night because the sounds of the city did come through on occasion. The staff was very personable as well. Teh beds were very comfortable. Will consider a Mint House at other locations in the future."

"Very nice room with a baby. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great. The staff at breakfast could have been nicer as they made distinct efforts to provide worse service to us than other tables. The rest of the hotel staff were amazing"

Not only is it luxurious and friendly, but you'll find at least 5 taxis by it at any time (a definite plus when certain Metro lines are being repaired). Added bonus: the signature house fragrance is unspeakably delicious. You will love your stay here!"

"Literally home away from home! This hostel/hotel is made up of three converted walk-ups. There are hostel-style rooms with multiple beds, and there are hotel-style rooms with bed and full bathroom. The room I stayed in had a very tall window that could be opened. Logistically speaking: there is a Safeway within a few blocks that’s open late. If you prefer Trader Joe’s, that’s an easy walk in the other direction. Two large refrigerator/freezers will accommodate your groceries, which you label...

"Check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is a beautifully converted mansion. An excellent breakfast was included in the price. A great place for a weekend getaway."

"Staff was nice, better than average. Hotel location and cleanliness were superb. One negative is that they charge a ~$35 daily amenity fee but I am not sure for what. There is a super tiny gym with hardly any equipment. "

"Excellent property, clean, nice staff, valet rates are a little high there are parking garages in walking distance for cheaper. Also the room I got says city view when it’s literally just the valet outside the window. Nice stay overall."
