"The departing day was Sanday. We had long time till our flight, then I would like the hotel keep my laggage until my depart time. They allow me for laggage survice only unti noon and the check out time was by 10AM. I couldn't to anyting for these ours and I wasted the time. The rason they did so was their reception survoce is only 2 hours between 10-12AM on Sunday. Their reception survice was until 9:00AM to 6:00PM for weekdays and 10AM to 2PM for Saturday. "Propert located walking distance to PA Hospital, woolworths across road. Microwave and washing machine, numerous clotheslines, pegs supplied. Air conditioning, TV, comfortable bed, pillows, iron and ironing board. Staff very polite and helpful. I had to extend my stay due to family emergency"

"Nicely refurbished room and very clean. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help in anyway. Free parking is a major positive. I would probably ask for a room away from the main road next time as I am a light sleeper."

"Room was clean and surprisingly quiet next to the main road. Rooftop area has great views of the city. Disappointed that there was not enough spaces available for me to park in the secure basement carpark and often had to find a car space a block or two away from the hotel. A few issues with keys not working and the room not set up according to our booking which was a challenge for staff to attend to until the following day."
