"The pillows are uncomfortable and the sheets are washed in a strong chemical. I will not book again because the beds are not inviting. The breakfast is ok except the eggs do not taste good. The front desk should be trained that when older coupons in they should be placed on quiet floors. Very disappointed."

"There is nothing interesting or charming about the location. It's a generic conference hotel. I had what was meant to be a deluxe king. The linens, pillows and towels were all poor quality. Everything is overpriced, a single espresso was 4.50 in the coffee shop. Charger and cable 90 in the gift shop in the Marriott across the road. There are no useful shops nearby. I wanted to go to the top floor bar but was rudely refused entry because I hadn't made a reservation. I wouldn't recommend to...

However, the air conditioning unit was non-functional, leading to an uncomfortably warm environment that disrupted sleep. Additionally, the toilet was not flushing properly. Aside from these issues, all other aspects were satisfactory. Garage parking is exclusively valet-operated, and continuous access to your vehicle is not provided unless you present your valet card for retrieval."

"The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. "

"Staff was really friendly and accommodating. My issue was that the first the room I got assigned had a really bad musty smell, the staff was accommodating and I got transferred to another room. Unfortunately in the second room, the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and the room was pretty warm with the A/C coming on and off occasionally. I had booked the hotel off of their pictures and expected a hot tub and to my surprise once I got there, they didn’t have one on the property."
