"NIce, clean room, comfortable bed and a hot shower.. Manage your expectations. This isn't The Hilton. Staff was very nice. Window AC units worked amazing! Shower was hot. *Note Bring your own soap as the supplied soap is the size of a half-dollar. Room was quiet. Bed was freshly made. Free WiFi was great as cell service is limited."

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The park is very relaxed but had many activities for all ages. There are not any stores close by and what the park offers has limited hours and little food choices available so make sure you have enough food to prepare. It took expedia a day to send over the reservations so they had to change some things when we checked in but again the park was accommodating."

"My wife and I were satisfied with our accommodations, and we enjoyed experiencing the area around East Aurora, New York, where we travel at least once a year. The drive from Chaffee to East Aurora is a pleasant 15 minutes, making Chaffee Lodge a viable option. Our room was clean and comfortable with working air conditioning and working windows. The manager, Scott, was most courteous and friendly. As we were packing, he came out to wish us a safe trip and to thank us, hoping to see us next year. I would definitely consider returning."
