"The room needed to be cleaner. Opened the refrigerator and someone had dumped something brown in it. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. a long black hair on the towel by the shower. The property was well maintained except the room. Breakfast was good and girl at front desk was welcoming."

"Overall, the hotel was very nice for the price. They allowed us to check in at 2 pm when checkin was at 3. Unfortunately, they werent able to accommodate my first floor room request (my foot is broken, which makes it impossible to climb stairs with luggage), but did make sure to place our room close to the elevator. Their pool was in working order, which was a highlight for my daughter. My only complaints are: 1. The room fridge never got very cold. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they were quick to send someone up. The maintenance employee was so kind, and explained that they had just switched the fridge out, and made a few suggestions as to how we could remedy it. We tried his suggestions, and it did help. 2. Our room was right above the automatic door to the front of the hotel. Each time the door opened, it sounded like there was large furniture being thrown into a dumpster outside. Though the room placement isn't something the hotel itself can help, it would be a good idea to have the door serviced, as it is very loud in the room and when you are near it. I would stay again. It's not high luxury, bit clean and safe."

"Ac didn't work as well as other rooms with windows open, our window had a hornets nest couldn't open... Went to the front desk in regards of the AC they would do nothing about it. Ask for a box fan didn't have one so I went and purchased one... Room was 82° would not cool down then we found a bed bug.. we're there for only 2 hours checked out ask for our refund, was told didn't have authority for refund had to contact Expedia, Expedia did nothing $148 no refund ."

"The hotel staff was completely unhelpful. I let them know after night 1 of 3 that my toilet was running non stop and that it was a simple fix ( my toilets at home have a similar problem that requires a new flush valve gasket every 3ish years) and they did nothing about it and told me that the hotel was full and changing rooms was not an option. I didn’t see more than a dozen cars in the parking lot all weekend. On our last morning we went to the lobby to get breakfast at 8:40 (breakfast served 6-9) and they were out of biscuits. When we asked for some more we were told “kitchen is closed”. I think we all know they aren’t baking biscuits and that they are just warming up frozen biscuits. Quality Inn and Suites is the only hotel in town and they act like they know it…."
