"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic—central and convenient to everything I wanted to see. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was genuinely warm, helpful, and went out of their way to be friendly. It made all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again."

Desayuno es muy completo tipico chileno. Creo que en el chek in deberian informar de las cosas con que cuenta el hotel y paseos, creo que tener que ir a otra oficina es una perdida de recursos. Nos toco una habitacion con tinaja la que disfrutamos es algo muy bueno, pero me hubiera encantado alguin que te explique todo lo qie puedes hacer en el hotel y alrededores de una forma mas practica."

"The hotel had a great buffet breakfast which was included with your stay. The staff were helpful and friendly would offer to book restaurant reservations. The only complaint was we found the air conditioner fan to loud."
