Fabulous stay
This by far was the best hotel stay I have ever had! I travel a lot and own 3 BNB's . This place is unbelievable!!~The stay is extraordinary , the accommodation is 10 stars, they take care of you like royalty. I highly recommend this fabulous property. It is stupendous!!!

The Capra, un hôtel parfait pour se ressourcer
Un séjour magnifique dans un établissement tout aussi magnifique. Personnel très accueillant et attentif au bien être des clients, dans une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse. Tout était parfait pour passer une excellente week-end loin de l’agitation du quotidien.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Hotel war richtig schön eingerichtet mit einem Auge fürs Detail. Der Spa Bereich war auch edel eingerichtet. Man hat sich direkt wohl und entspannt gefühlt. Was uns aber am meisten überrascht hat, war der Fitnessraum. Ich war boch in keinem Hotel, welches über solche Fitnessgeräte verfügt. Es war für jeden was dabei. Aucg huer haben sie auf die Optik geachtet, die Gewichtshanteln waren in einer Holzoptik genau so wie das Hotel. Richtig traumhaft

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week end à The Capra. Le service, l’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel sont fort appréciable. Les matériaux choisis et l’aménagement des différents espaces sont également des points que nous avons apprécié. Si vous souhaitez vous détendre lors d’un week end à la montagne, je recommande cet hôtel.

Un sentiment partagé pour cet hôtel 5 étoiles. En effet, le décors et les chambres sont de qualité, le spa est petit mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut à cette catégorie de prix. Hélas la qualité du service est totalement à côté du standing payé ! Le personnel de restauration est totalement hésitant, ne parle même pas une langue nationale pour la plupart et les erreurs de services sont récurrentes. Service du petit déjeuner totalement défaillant, en effet au lieu de mettre en place quelques satellites pour le pain et les céréales par exemple, ils appliquent un système de tout à la carte. Ce qui fait qu'il y a une attente infernale ne serait-ce que pour recevoir un café ou du pain. Le personnel court dans tout les sens et ne fait que de s'excuser "I m sorry..." le pire est qu'ils ne trompent systématiquement dans les commandes, des plats n'arrivent jamais et en deux jours il n'a jamais été possible de recevoir une omelettes avec ce que nous avons commandé à l'intérieur "I m sorry, i m so sorry...". Le service du soir est aussi hésitant, la serveuse ne semble avoir jamais servi de vin rouge, on a l'impression qu'on nous sert du gros rouge en jerrican... au moment de commander de l'eau gazeuse on nous dit qu'il n'y en a plus ce soir... même pas l'idée d'aller demander à l'hôtel d'à côté quelques bouteilles d'eau gazeuse pour dépanner ce pauvre hôtel où on sait qu'il n'y a pas d'eau gazeuse mais "I m sorry" comme ils aiment bien dire ici. Apparemment c'est connu de la.direction

Lovely Hotel with very friendly staff and near to the centre of the village. Also nice, they have got English TV channels and not just the news channels like many hotels. Breakfast had a nice selection. All in all would recommend.

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour au Capra. De la réception au check-out, tout le personnel est aux petits soins. L'hôtel dispose de toutes les commodités, du bar au spa en passant par le restaurant. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, avec le minibar inclus. La literie est au top niveau également, et le balcon ne gâche rien à l'ensemble. Le petit-déjeuner proposé est un buffet copieux et complet avec possibilité de commander en surplus des plats chauds de la cuisine. Les cartes du restaurant et du bar sont variées et délicieuses. L'hôtel lui-même est situé légèrement excentré mais sur la rue principale, ce qui assure le calme et un accès facile depuis le parking. En bref, très bon séjour et nous penserons forcément à l'hôtel Capra pour un prochain séjour à Saas Fee !

A la hauteur de ses étoiles
Un cocon au cœur du village de Saas-Fee. Tout est à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles : le service, le design des chambres et le choix des matériaux, le spa. Nous avons aussi testé le restaurant pour le souper : carte courte mais repas délicieux (170 CHF pour 2 quand même). Aucune fausse note.

Amazing experience
Fantastic hotel. Great experience. All the staff was on-point, listening, classy. We felt welcome and unique to this hotel. The spa & swimming pools are great addition. For once, the massage I had there was helpful. The food at the brasserie was stunning. One could say the menu is too short there, but everything that's on it was surprising and with fine taste Will definitely come back here, if we can.

Court séjour d'une nuit dans une suite signature. Excellent accueil. On prend du temps pour vous montrer et expliquer les différentes activités et installation de cet hôtel boutique décoré avec un goût certain et aux finitions et propreté impeccables. Restaurant: pas de carte, probablement dû aux circonstances actuelles mais excellent menu dont le prix semble néanmoins un peu élevé. Ambiance très cozy, on se sent chez soi.
