"Mostly very good staff, good breakfast, room was fine but hot!!"

"Such a disappointing stay. At check in the room wasn’t ready and I was asked on which floor I preferred to stay, without specifying that there would be a difference in the fare. No information was given on breakfast timings and location, spa access and other practicalities. Staff were polite but not warm, as if they didn’t care. I chose a room with “city view” which turned out to be looking at a building site. It is unacceptable to charge a “view” on it, at least until it is completed. SPA access is not free. It is charged extra and even though I was prepared to pay, nobody mentioned the opening hours, so I could not go. The location is also not great and is dirty and with very little outside. Unfortunately the positive sides are overshadowed by the whole general negative experience. A real disappointment from such an establishment. "

"Very well located on a main street, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Metro station very close by. 10 - 15 mins walk to the Cathedral. 20 mins roughly to La Rambla. A modern hotel, with large clean rooms and walk in showers. Nice big restaurant serving great breakfasts (lots of choice). Also serve evening meals. Pleasant, helpful staff. Very good value. Would definitely stay there again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at SB Glow. The location is great, the staff are very nice and helpful, and it’s an excellent choice for a work trip to Barcelona, especially if your office is in Poblenou."

"This hotel is so close to Sagrada Familia! The staff at check in were very kind and accommodating. The Rooftop bar is super cool, but unless you luck out like we did, you should always make reservations. People did get turned away. The rooms are nice, but you could tell some of the amenities were a little dated."

"This was my second solo trip abroad and where to start...The staff were absolutely amazing so friendly and helped with my organising my sightseeing. "Lovely room with a great view. Gorgeoys rooftop bar, again with amazing views. The staff were superb, especially Frederico and Artur (King Artur 😁) on reception. Will definitely stay there again when in Barcelona. It was really nice to come back from the bustle of the city, to an area that while lively, yoy also felt you could breathe. Fabulous shops abd restaurants nearby and all modes of transport on their doorstep."

"It was a nice hotel very clean and tidy. Nice gentleman at front desk. The hotel offers breakfast but it is $10 euros per person. you have to pay for parking $25 euros a night. Also if you are a tourist from another country they charge you $5.50 a night per person. This is in addition to your hotel stay. Other than that is is good. "
