"Everything was excellent. I stayed there years ago when it was owned by Radison. It has been completely redecorated and was clean. The maid service and desk staff were excellent. The AC had issues and the entire complex had warm rooms the last evening. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely return."

"Room was very clean and maid service was great, always clean towels and beds made up.
Staff at hotel were extremely accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay and remain in the same room. Hotel also allowed for Amazon deliveries. A HUGE amenity since we live OOS and were moving out daughter into a new apartment. As a Mom, it allowed me the ability to receive some last minute items that we needed. So appreciated!!
Also location was excellent!"

"El hotel tiene un gran problema de falta de seguridad, había dos personas homeless en el área de la alberca y ni siquiera se dieron cuenta, en el lobby una persona aparentemente drogada lanzando golpes al aire, otro homeless entrado al hotel por hielo, no vi nunca seguridad, además otro huésped fumando mariguana afuera de su cuarto."

"The hotel is clean and offers very useful amenities, though guests should be aware that housekeeping is only provided once a week, so daily cleaning is up to you. A bottle of water costs nearly $10, which feels quite expensive. The faucet handle is very loose—functional, but tricky to position so it doesn’t drip. The microwave also doesn’t rotate.
I appreciated the wide selection of TV channels, including HBO. However, the futon was dirty, with crumbs in the creases, and it wasn’t comfortable...

"Room looked clean upon arrival. Couple hours into be there I found blood on the door of the bathroom and side rail and wall. I informed the front desk and she said they would take care of it. Came back later that evening bathroom was redone but the blood was still in the same spots. Was only there two nights didn’t bother to ask again about it."
