We stayed here with 2 kids for a wedding. We chose this hotel for central NYC location and for price. Bad service
Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. Ideally situated hotel in the middle of manhattan. Rooms are simple bed sink hob microwave tv. Ideal if you are really only using it as a base . Each floor has a shared bathroom which is clean with two showers one cubicle. My personal rating on experience and room is 7/10
