There were shaving hairs on the tiles in the room by the sink… The most important issue was that the overhead shower nozzle holder was missing and the shower itself didn’t close properly. These made taking a proper shower impossible. The room was not made up at all during a three night stay, nor was there any mention of whether it would be or not. No garbage removal. There...
