"Nada más llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que no tenía reserva hecha ya que no trabajan con Hotels.com Después de un largo viaje lo último que quieres oir es que no puedes alojarte pero tras una hora me dejaron entrar en la habitación diciéndome que la culpa es de la web Hotels.com (con la que no vuelvo a hacer una reserva nunca más). La habitación es un poco básica pero suficiente para pasar una noche y al día siguiente hacer un rafting por el río Tana. El rafting fue muy divertido y muy seguro...

"The hotel is very safe. All the staff were kind and friendly, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. There were plenty of restaurants and bars, so I could enjoy meals whenever I wanted. "The room was clean and met our needs. A few things could be improved to make the experience even better. The mattress could be changed out or flipped to prevent sinking spots. And some of the breakfast items like the pastries could be fresher. Otherwise a good experience overall."
