From the outside it looked like an abandoned hotel. The carpets in the room felt kind of nasty, we wore shoes. But it was fine. Decent enough location. The staff was pleasant.

The hotel is reasonably affordable. My first room had a horrible shower. The second room was OK. This hotel is in a run down area, the corridors are incredibly hot, breakfast is very poor - make your own waffles with butter and syrup. This is an old run down hotel.

Dope hotel, itā€™s an older style design but very clean and taken care of. Super nice room, had lots of space. Iā€™m not sure if there was an issue with the a/c in the hallways but it was very hot walking through the hotel. As for the room itself it was very cool and comfortable so the heat was only in the hallways. I will be booking here again if Iā€™m in Saginaw.

Please do not stay at this property. The smell in the hallways is awful, the room was dirty, the breakfast area floor filthy and poor offerings. Staff was nice, no problems there. The building needs to be shut down and remodeled, you'll realize this the moment you walk in. Choose other hotels.
