Amazing location with super friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was lovely here. Nice beach trolley that stops in front of hotel where there's free parking! Doesn't get better than this folks. Building did feel somewhat dated and could use some TLC throughout, but otherwise a true gem!

The room is very nice for the price, however there was a additional $10 parking fee added which was not disclosed when I booked. Other than that good breakfast and no issues with room itself. would have liked to know the full amount before arriving to the property, thanks.
