"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Domaine Jean-Got. The hosts were very friendly, spoke good English, and the check-in smooth.
The domaine is close to the river and the small town of Branne, well located to get to Saint Emilion and a few other nice villages. Most of all though we just enjoyed relaxing on site on the terrace and pool. We also loved the miniature donkeys!
Just so you know when booking, the jacuzzi and sauna are not included and cost an extra €75 per session."

What a great place to stay in St Emilion. The hotel is towards the bottom of the old town ideally located for exploring. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed, including an iron. We really appreciated the gorgeous bath towels - full size, not the usual small French ones! The breakfast is probably the best one we’ve ever experienced in France with a choice of hot items cooked to order. Laura and Dominique were exceptional hosts, allowing us to arrive slightly earlier than planned. Not only was the room perfect and exactly as pictured, the breakfast was outstanding - so much choice, and lots of homemade food. I would highly recommend guests to stay here if they are looking for accommodation near Saint Emilion.

Food is excellent and we were made very welcome despite arriving late for dinner after a long drive. The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. We didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but will do next time we visit.

Very sweet room with view over the vineyard. Staff was welcoming and arranged a short-term tour and tasting complementary. Breakfast was amazing with homemade jam and honey, as well as high-quality bread. Additionally, location is great (central, but feels remote). Real gem for the price!
