Very comfortable but too short stay

We only stayed for one night but wished we had booked a longer stay. Very nice hotel and the fully fitted rooms were very comfortable. Sea views.

スタッフの方はみなさん親切でした。施設内にコインランドリーがありましたので、長期滞在でも洗濯ができます。もちろんランドリーサービスを使うことができます。庭園も広々としており、お茶やスイーツを楽しんだり、夕暮れの中のディナーも満足できました。部屋についてですが、十分な広さ、大きめのバスタブなどで疲れをとることができます。ただし、アメニティー類が全く用意されていませんでしたので、シャンプーなどは自前のものを利用しました。その他ですが、セキュリティーボックス、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカーなどの設備が備わっていなかったのが残念です。WiFiは無料ですが、時間帯によって繋がらない時がありました。駐車場は有料の地下駐車場を利用しましたので、部屋からのアクセスが非常に便利だったと思います。

Great service, really helpful. They went out of there way to sort problems (our son was being picky so they cooked him egg and chips... Not bad for a four star hotel!! Great views, very relaxing. Only negative - no air con in the apts ... I didn't check as I presumed they would have

Nuitée en studio trois personnes (petite chambre individuelle 1 personne). Personnel charmant et attentionné. Possibilité de restauration sur place. Proximité et vue sur l'océan. Superbe cadre agrémenté d'espaces verts fleuris, d'une piscine à débordement et de terrasses.

Très correct.

Une prise en main rapide de la part de la réception. Personnel souriant, agréable et discret. La chambre possède une vue magnifique, vraiment grandiose. Cependant, une petite rénovation ne pourrai pas faire de mal mais rien de dramatique. (Gouttière, plaintes, joints). J'avais demandé une composition florale pour ma copine. Très beau bouquet avec le petit mot que j'avais demandé. Une piscine également splendide.

Far from everything and needs air conditioning

Beautiful views, great restaurant, but the hotel was far from everything unless you have a car. Not even a grocery store close by. The rooms were clean, but it was very, very hot and humid. An air conditioner would have made the stay much more enjoyable. And we had a vast number of bugs in our room!!!!!

Stunning location

this was our second stay. First time we had a wonderful room in the hotel and were able to dine. This time we were allocated a room in the neighbouring Residence- what a disappointment in comparison, the room was tired, the corridors darkand there was a need for a dehumidifier humming continuously. After booking with Hotel.com we were then advised by the hotel that the dining room was closed for dinner. We enyoyed the walk down to the town, but were disappointed we could not eat in the hotel. The location is stunning but we would have been very disappointed if we had paid full rate for our room, you cannot survive on location alone.....

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, la vue est magnifique. Service et personnel de qualité, très bon accueil. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et du sauna, la piscine à débordement est à coupé le souffle. On vous recommande vivement cet hôtel où nous avons passé un magnifique week-end

beautiful walk into town

This was a one night stay on our way to Spain, we had two dogs, so this is a fantastic hotel / apartment for this. We had an apartment on the second floor with beautiful views overlooking the sea and swimming pool, the grounds were lovely and the dogs were able to run around (when no one was sunbathing of course). The headland walk into town is also good and the Grand Hotel in town is a great place to sit for drinks and dinner - dogs welcome!

Absolutely gorgeous!

Was very impressed from the first minute. The staff were charming and the hotel beautiful. The grounds are lovely, with great views from the clifftop and the pool area. We didn't eat there as, at 16€,, breakfast was a bit steep. Also a pleasant easy 15 minute path down into St Jean de Luz made going out for meals a pleasure.

Pas grand chose à redire pour cet hôtel. Excellent accueil, chambre soignée. Très belle vue sur Saint jean de Luz. Seul bémol, un petit déjeuner facturé 16 euros/personne.
