"Town was walkable. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a locker room outside for ski and snowboard equipment to dry and everything. Building is well maintained. The spa, pool and steam room are very nice and needed after snowboarding. The gym is minimalistic but does exist. The restaurant however refused to serve me. Said they were full but there was only one table full of people. More then half of the tables and chairs were empty but was still refused service."

"Great location near by the train station and well maintained. The spa was amazing. The staff that welcomed us was great, but the person that helped with the check out was not friendly or helpful. But the hotel, room, bed, location and facilities were great !!"

"Positives were friendly staff on the whole and good restaurant
Negatives were lack of good window blinds and poor choice at breakfast with poor quality coffee.
Also, hotel shuttle bus was not readily available ."

"Our stay at The Rex was better than we could’ve ever imagined! Waking up to a view of Matterhorn was incredible and then having access to the spa just made our stay even better. Our room was spotless, staff helped us get our bags up to and down from our room, breakfast had a variety of options, and the complimentary taxi to and from the train station was a nice bonus. If we ever get to travel to the area again we will definitely be staying here again."

"Das Hotel ist eine Melkkuh. Es findet wenig Unterhalt statt und die Reparaturen sind eine Bastlerei. Dafür wird ordentlich abkassiert.
Bei mindestens einem Notausgang fehlte der Schlüssel in der roten Box und somit wären wir im Falle eines Brandes stecken geblieben. Die Brötchen beim Frühstück sind vom Vortag. Der Kaffee schmeckte nicht. Im türkischen Bad ist das Licht kaputt (also sehr Dunkel drin) und das Hotel weiss Bescheid. Auch der Geruch im türkischen Bad war leider nicht besonders gut....
