"This is an historic hotel. Of you expect modern amenities like, you'll be disappointed. We enjoyed the historical pictures and ambiance. We were disappointed that the pool was being renovated, but we understood. Overall, it was comfortable, close to where.we wanted to be, and the price was right. I would visit here again."

"Check in and check out representatives both seemed like it was their first day. The pool is pathetic and old. The common areas except for the 1st floor restaurant are showing their age. I had a cold shower this morning with very little water pressure. I was not impressed with this hotel and I travel frequently. The 1st floor restaurant was great, both service and food."

"Horrifying parking situation. My car was booted and I was not able to leave the hotel. I had no intention of not paying for parking. It just wasn’t clearly instructed how to do it. They could’ve rectify the situation right away, but they chose to make me suffer. This was an excusable. And probably illegal. "

"THE BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED! NICE PLACE, FORGOT TO TELL US TO USE OUR ROOM KEY FOR THE ELEVATOR. CAUSED A BIT OF CONFUSION AT FIRST. BATHROOM SINK DIDN'T DRAIN VERY WELL, FIXED IMMEDIATELY! VERY NICE PART OF TOWN, WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND ARENA. OVERALL I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!"

"Parking included is a real plus in the downtown area. Room is clean and fine. This particular stay it was very loud overnight, more than a usual downtown noise. Staff is great, air conditioned room, shower is good pressure and nice. Location is good and affordable for downtown."
