"Resort was okay. Beware of additional fees not listed by Expedia. Expedia gave me an amount I would need when I got there.. but that amount actually ended up tripled when I checked in. Parking garage is a bit of a walk which made checking in and out a little bit rough. You have to get a bell hop in order to get one of the luggage carts. When I asked, there was an additional fee for that. The listing said beach chairs and umbrellas were available(so we didn’t bring ours) but those were also an additional daily fee that was not listed. Also pretty sure my bill includes someone else’s room service order from a room switch we had to do. Upon arrival, we were given an upgraded room, which was nice, but I was not told it was an upgrade and the room had direct access to the pool.. which would have been awesome except we had a toddler that doesn’t understand water safety yet. Had I known, I would have declined. We weren’t even able to sit outside because my toddler wanted to run to the pool every time. You could also see in the room from the pool unless the big thick curtain was pulled and I didn’t come on vacation to sit in a room with. We also had a lady walk into our room from the pool deck. Staff was nice and switched us to our original room, however it was done in the middle of the day so we had a day of watching the clock to move rooms. It was a decent stay. Clean, nice staff. Unsure if I would book there again."

"What a fantastic stay! Beautiful, clean , comfortable boutique hotel ! Even the products in the bathroom are super , I had to ordered them online! . The staff is cordial and helpful . There is absolutely nothing I can say against this hotel ! I am looking forward to those cow again !"

"Maravilloso hotel , vistas increíbles , tienes acceso a los dos hoteles de opal , es lujoso y hermoso, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes al querer no usar el valet parking y estacionar por mi cuenta creo que el personal del lobby y del parking debe estar más capacitado en este tema pues nadie sabía explicar bien cómo era el proceso , eso si la puedo decir que no son detallista el año pasado estuve en mi cumpleaños en otro hotel del opal en lido key y tuvieron el detalle de no pasar por alto mi cumpleaños, en este hotel puse nota y todo que era mi cumpleaños y creo que ni les importó pero bueno ya estamos acostumbrados a la falta de detalles , esos son puntos que en realidad no le quitan lo valioso y maravilloso que es este hotel , me encantó y volvería sin dudas , gracias"

"Very nice. Excellent location . Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only down fall was it was very expensive. . Parking was $40 per night! Couldn’t bring any food into the pool area so you are forced to buy food . Also cost 62 to rent chairs and umbrella for the beach which we thought would be complimentary for hotel guests."

"The hotel is beautiful! Clean! The only thing was the valet, when it was time to check out. It took a very long time to get our car, we had to go and get our car ourself due to the amount of time we already waited for our car."
