"This property was so beautiful from the inside/out. the pool was filled with great staff who would come & let you order food and drinks. they also had a fun dj on saturday which made the enviroment so fun! this hotel is very close to basically everything we didn’t rent a car and we walked basically everywhere. the staff were very helpful and would make sure our needs were met. we were able to get into our room before 4 o clock which was super convenient. overall would recommend this hotel over and over again. i felt like i was truly staying in a resort. it was beautiful!"

"Really clean, fresh, new boutique hotel. Loved the view. Rooms were nice and spacious. Nice floors in the room instead of carpets, which made it feel even cleaner than most places. Wide space in the room between the beds and the dressers. I hope to stay again at this hotel next time I’m in the area."

"The prices were great! Ron’s were wonderful and the staff is out of this world!! Everything was perfect except u gotta add this one thing… breakfast!!! Of no wait I got a better one, please put microwave in the room. That’s the only bad thing is the only a micro wave in the lobby a real little one and everything I heated up was cold by the time I got to The room. That is so necessary!! and why can we not pay by the month the cost was perfect for us good people that had to move . That was home to many. There were only like 10 families staying all month why couldn’t em they move upstairs and have one whh by low fooor towards the prisoners to reenter life and be better . It suck’s that any isn’t there anymore and it is a shame so many of those people that lives there the last two yrs and the. No have no home and wander the steeets or sleep in their cars parked at the planet fitness waiting to get a shower for a 1$im not complaining about the rooms or the awesome people that run the place and all the workers are just awesome and oh the other thing wa the deposit needed again from me after I extended the smroim and had to pay a second deposit. That’s silly and hard on some oeoooe pockets. It took 5 days from right downtown fr myers a"

"Unfortunately, this hotel looked nothing like the photos online. The listing makes the property appear updated, clean, and well-maintained, but the reality was very different. The room itself felt outdated and poorly maintained. There was visible mold/mildew in the bedroom area around the air vent, which is especially concerning when staying with family. The bathroom and overall room condition also showed significant wear and did not reflect the quality shown in the online photos. Another frustration was the hidden costs. We were aware of the resort fee before booking, but it was not made clear there would also be an additional daily parking fee. Those extra charges quickly add up and should be disclosed more transparently upfront. The biggest issue overall was feeling misled by the advertising. Had the photos accurately represented the current condition of the property and all fees been clearly disclosed, we likely would have chosen another hotel. The one positive was that the staff we interacted with were friendly and polite, which we did appreciate. The location was also convenient. However, management really needs to update their listing photos and be more transparent about both the condition of the property and the additional fees guests can expect."

"We liked our 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and living room. The views were great! Liked the beach and food options. We liked the pool, but there was an issue with that. There were people being served at the bar near it and they would drink while in the pool and put their empty cups and half drunk cups on the pool decking and leave them there. We waited until evening for them to be gone to swim and the cups and garbage stayed all around the pool. Kids are kicking pool balls and it is hard to imagine that some of the alcoholic beverages left on edge of pool didnt make it into the water. The breeze was blowing some of the empty plastic cups in the pool. Yuck. People shouldn't leave them behind, but they are, so the bar staff or someone should be collecting them if people are allowed to bring drinks in the pool. So is this a partying pool that you want or a family pool that you want? We have not seen this before and we have stayed in some of your competing pools there in Clearwater Beach"
