"I love their restaurant, daily activities on property and daily discounts for all. Only negative is daily parking fees of $40 and room floor plan was different from what was displayed on Expedia website. However, I would return to property for another trip."

"It was a bit outdated but close to it all. The prices were outrageous breakfast buffet was something like $30 pp. All restaurants nearby also about $40 pp, and on the beach if you want the blue sun shade with a mattress to kay on.... $130 I believe, and you can't bring your own umbrella or chairs."

"The Hollander has a historical charm and is located within walking distance to all St Pete has to offer. It also has a bakery coffee shop on site along with a full resturant. Really a perfect place with friendly staff."
