"The room was clean, but very small for 4 people we feel cramped , also the kitchen was tiny, everything in the room looked very old and ugly.The beach was very nice, the pools are small for a big hotel. The price don’t match with the hotel quality. I feel disappointed. Thanks!"

"At checkup in arrival the man at the front desk was Not helpful at all and rude. There are no ice machines or vending machines on property. The stairs make it very difficult to maneuver luggage. There is no ramp to enter the hotel."
