Island Grand at TradeWinds
Great amenities, property needs major facelift-very warn, great staff w/1 exception-bartender at hotel lobby tall gray hair, acknowledged us 2 times yet continued to talk to only other guest at bar, we walked away, ice machine on our fl was broken, bell hop/beach staff great!

This hotel needs a serious upgrade. It is very run down and has an overall uncleanliness. The furniture in the rooms are falling apart.
