"Do not book on Expedia or through the Expedia website. Nest was booked online and confirmation was sent. Upon arrival I was informed my reservation was never "pushed through" and there was nothing they can do because they were totally booked. I stood in Silence because of the overwhelming disappointment. I asked if I could wait for any possible cancellations and they suggested I didn't do so. Very sad about the whole situation."

"We checked in late due to being at a Red Rocks concert. Although we made note of this on reservation, the hotel gave away our room. We reserved two queens…and they gave us a king with a roll away bed. It took 40 minutes to check in..and when we checked out… there was also a long line. Staff was NOT friendly. Still love the hotel…and have stayed a few times in the past.. with no issue. Obviously lack of trained employees is an issue."

"No matter the time going there was never enough breakfast ready for everyone. Then having to wait 10-20 mins for another round was absurd. The case where food is kept is not heated. Pool apparently was under maintenance the entire time although upon check it we were told it would be open the next day. "Loved our stay! Close to trails and also a short 5-minute drive to the city! Only thing I could have hoped for in our room was a toaster, but I didn’t ask to borrow one either so maybe that’s an option. Beautiful property, clean, updated room, inviting lodge, and the stay was very peaceful with comforts of home yet an away-from-the city-feeling in the mountains. Thank you so much!"
