"This was our 5th year staying here for OCMD Bike Week. As usual, it was a wonderful stay. James was our room attendant. He did a fabulous job making sure we had all that we needed. The happy hour at Coconuts is AWESOME! 5-6PM it's buy one get one and it's WELL WORTH IT! Great entertainment and food also. We love this place and will continue to stay here year after year. It's just a block away from the convention center where the vendors were and it's located close to all that you want to see and do or is just a quick ride down the road. Staff was great. Security is always on top of things too in a good way. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a great time at this hotel and the staff was above and beyond. There was a few issues …our room door, not opening or closing. The maintenance came and fixed it that night. the cleanliness of the room was it was a pet room and it was a floor that was a light color and it looked dirty. when I asked the cleaning lady about it, she did mop it and it looked a lot better. I feel that the floors weren’t always clean every time & that needs to be a priority, especially with it being a pet room. Thanks!!"

"This is a newly renovated hotel. There are obvious signs that it was an older hotel though. Unfortunately when they renovated they didn't add any extra insulation to the walls. I got woken up several times throughout the night due to other guests making noise. I would definitely stay here again as the renovations are nice and the hotel was clean."

"The property was clean on the surface. They had some kind of filter on the air conditioner in the hallway that made the whole floor smell like Christmas. It was nice. Upon closer inspection I could see there was some hair that wasn't thoroughly cleaned from the floor, linens and towels. It wasn't overly terrible but who wants prior guest's hair on their linens and towels? The enamel on the toilet in the room my kids were staying in was rubbed off. It was pretty bad. I think overall the hotel just needs to have a little upgrade and maybe a little more training for the cleaning staff."
