"I booked the princess for a romantic getaway and were all of the amenities. Pretty much everything there is closed, even though we are almost in season, but worst of all we tried to use the pool, which is the whole reason we booked the room and we were told that Freemasons booked the entire pool for the rest of the night and we couldn't get into the pool . A huge, huge group of children took up the pool and we couldn't even enjoy the tables and chairs around the pool as they took that all up as well. If you're going to rent out the entire amenities to one group, why would you make me pay full price to stay here and why wouldn't you tell me this what's going on before I stayed??? went to front desk and they offered me nothing."

"It’s an older hotel so don’t expect the Ritz! Most properties are getting run down due to age. OC is not what it used to be, I’m from OC NJ and our boardwalk is 100 times better and longer! It’s sad how run down everything looked but we had a good time!"

"We love staying at this hotel since every room has an ocean view. You wake up, look over, and there's the ocean! Also there are full kitchens in the rooms which is convenient - so you can bring food to cook and avoid eating too much junk."
