We initially booked this property for six nights but decided to shorten our stay to three nights due to several concerns. The room had a persistent chemical-like odor, the toilet was not functioning properly and ran continuously, a kitchen drawer was missing, and the curtain was damaged. Additionally, while the room included a full-size refrigerator and stovetop, there were no dishes or utensils provided, which was inconvenient and unexpected.
It also became clear that many guests were staying on a long-term or extended basis and appeared to be living at the property, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere. The environment felt very basic and institutional—closer to transitional housing than a traditional hotel experience.
We experienced significant noise during the night, particularly from guests in the room above us, with ongoing disturbances that made it difficult to rest. Combined with the constant activity around the property, this contributed to feeling uncomfortable at times, especially when going outside alone.
On a positive note, the staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful. In particular, the gentleman at the front office was exceptionally courteous and attentive and genuinely helped make our stay more pleasant. When I requested a pot, it was provided promptly.
