Whenever our family travels to Utah we stay at a Home 2. They have been ideal for us. This one was a great disappointment. The rooms did start out clean so that was good. And it is a good space! Sadly their was no hot tub. We didn't not realize that not all Home 2's were the same. There was a pool but even though it says it opened at 8 am we were lucky if it actually opened by 10 am and that really hurt the plans we had made. The Breakfast was usually wonderful but they've changed it and it is not nearly as good. Who wants breaded chicken for breakfast? They also did not keep the breakfast stocked. We came on Saturday half an hour before breakfast was to end and there was nothing left but one bagel and the cold cereal. The worker said she was too busy to keep it stocked. Totally Unacceptable! If breakfast is a certain time then it needs to be set up and function for that whole time and if the pool has set hours it needs to be open those hours. We also never got any maid service. A sign said it would come every other day but by the 4th day I was asked 3 times before we got any service. We broke a glass and tried to pick up the pieces but there were little shards and we asked for some help. It never came. The front desk was kind but didn't follow through in a timely manner. I had requested a playpen before we got there and it wasn't there. We had to call again to get and then they didn't bring any bedding. Apparently they don't provide it. We won't be back.
